Summary: Daisies are a digital virtual currency. Refunds are available only if no Daisies have been used after the purchase and the request is made within 48 hours.

1. Refund Eligibility

Daisies ("virtual currency") are digital goods. Due to their nature, the following refund conditions apply:

2. How We Determine Usage

Your Daisy balance is maintained as a single pooled balance. If your Daisy balance decreases for any reason after a purchase (including spending on chats, image generation, or any other feature), that purchase is no longer eligible for a refund. We do not distinguish between previously owned Daisies and newly purchased Daisies.

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute through your payment provider instead of contacting us first, we reserve the right to suspend your account pending investigation. We encourage you to reach out to us directly so we can resolve any issues quickly.

If you purchased Daisies through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, refund requests must be directed to the respective store, as they handle payment processing for in-app purchases. This policy applies to purchases made directly through our website.
